While we would always endeavour to send your products exactly how it is pictured, that is not something we can guarantee. We use a guide for embroidery to ensure that it is in the same position, however it wont always look exactly the same due to the difference in clothing sizes, length of names and initials. Please also check our font guide and colour chart linked in the "Shop Embroidery"- "Fonts and Colours" section of the website to ensure that the font and colour of embroidery is correct.

Sorry, we're unable to make alterations to existing orders. You'll need to place a new order, however we are more than happy to give you a free postage code to combine your orders. Just send us a message.

Turn around on all embroidered orders are 10-14 working days. If there is something you need urgently please contact us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate. We aim to ship all non personalised orders within 1-2 working days. Please bare in mind that we are human and we are a small business, sometimes this may vary due to busy periods, but we promise we always work as fast as we possibly can.
